Loomly vs Sendible vs Agorapulse vs Sprout Social (2026 Comparison)

Loomly is the best value for small teams that need approvals, Sendible is built for agencies with many clients, Agorapulse is strongest for inbox and community management, and Sprout Social is the most complete (and most expensive) of the four. If you're comparing Loomly vs Sendible, the key difference is pricing: Loomly charges by plan with a set number of users, while Sendible charges by client workspaces and profiles, with unlimited users.

Below, we compare pricing, agency features and the right fit for each tool.

Prices checked on 19 October 2026 on each vendor's official pricing page in US dollars, except Sendible, whose prices were not shown on its page when we checked; those figures come from recent third-party reviews. Confirm on each site before you buy.

Loomly vs Sendible

Loomly gives you a lot on its entry plan: 3 users, 12 social accounts and approval workflows for $49 a month billed yearly. It's built around a shared calendar where posts move from idea to draft to approved, with roles and comments along the way. The Beyond plan ($249 a month yearly) adds unlimited users, 60 accounts and custom workflows.

Sendible is designed for agencies. Every plan has unlimited users, and plans are sized by client workspaces and profiles:

  • Core: 1 workspace, 6 profiles.
  • Plus: 3 workspaces, 18 profiles, with assignments and approvals.
  • Premium: 7 workspaces, 42 profiles.
  • Elite: 15 workspaces, 90 profiles, with white label available as a paid add-on.

Sendible also has Client Connect, which lets clients connect their own social accounts without sharing passwords, and a daily send limit per workspace (100 posts on Core, up to 500 on Elite).

Choose Loomly if you're a small team or agency with a few clients that needs a simple approval flow. Choose Sendible if you manage many clients, want unlimited team members, and need separate workspaces per client.

Loomly vs Agorapulse

Agorapulse is priced per user: Standard is $79 a month billed yearly with 10 profiles, Professional $119 and Advanced $149. Approvals start on Professional; Advanced adds bulk scheduling of up to 200 posts by CSV, competitor benchmarking and ROI reports.

Its real strength is the inbox: comments, mentions, DMs and ad comments from every network in one place, with assignments, saved replies and moderation rules.

Choose Agorapulse if your agency also handles community management and needs inbox reporting. Choose Loomly if planning and approvals are the main job and you want more users for less money.

Sprout Social vs Loomly

Sprout Social is the most complete tool here, and its price reflects that:

  • Essentials: $79 per seat a month billed yearly ($99 monthly), up to 5 profiles, publishing workflows and post reporting.
  • Standard: $199 per seat a month yearly, with the consolidated inbox, collaboration tools and keyword monitoring.
  • Professional ($299) and Advanced ($399): unlimited profiles, competitor insights, sentiment and helpdesk integrations.

Sprout has a 30-day free trial with no card required. For a 3-person agency, Standard costs close to $600 a month, compared with $49 for Loomly Starter.

Choose Sprout Social if you need deep reporting, listening and customer care for larger clients. Choose Loomly if you mainly schedule and approve posts and budget matters.

What does a 3-person agency pay?

Rough monthly cost, billed yearly, for 3 team members managing about 10–12 client profiles:

LoomlyStarter (3 users, 12 accounts)$49
SendiblePlus (unlimited users, 18 profiles)≈ $84

The budget option for Indian agencies: Foxli

All four tools are priced in US dollars, which adds up fast for Indian agencies billing clients in rupees. Foxli is built differently:

  • Per-channel pricing: the Team & Agency plan is ₹119 (about $1.45) per channel a month, billed monthly, with 20% off yearly.
  • Unlimited seats and workspaces, so every client gets its own workspace and every team member gets a login.
  • Client approval links and a review portal, plus role-based permissions (Admin, Editor, Reviewer).
  • 7 platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Pinterest.
  • AutoDM for Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM campaigns.

A note on bias: I build Foxli, so I have kept the sections on the other four tools factual and linked each pricing page. Foxli doesn't have social listening or a full unified inbox like Agorapulse and Sprout Social; if your clients need those, one of them is the better fit. Pushpendra Singh Rathor, founder of Foxli

Which one should you choose?

  • Small team, simple approvals: Loomly Starter.
  • Agency with many clients and a growing team: Sendible.
  • Agency that also runs community management: Agorapulse.
  • Larger agency or in-house team that needs deep reporting and listening: Sprout Social.
  • Indian agency or freelancer on a tight budget: Foxli, from ₹119 per channel with unlimited seats. See pricing.

Run each free trial with one real client for a week. How easily your client can approve posts will tell you more than any feature list.
