Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Foxli. We aim to provide a high-quality social media automation experience. To ensure transparency and maintain our infrastructure, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Free Trial & Testing
At Foxli, we believe in "try before you buy." We offer a Free Plan / Free Trial that allows you to explore our dashboard, connect your accounts, and test our automation features. We highly encourage all users to utilize this free access to ensure Foxli meets their requirements before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. Cancellation Policy
You are in full control of your subscription and can cancel at any time:
- •Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your Account Settings on the Foxli dashboard.
- •Effective Date: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or yearly).
- •No Automatic Charges: Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
3. No-Refund Policy
Foxli does not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions.
- •Digital Nature: Since Foxli provides immediate access to digital tools, automation resources, and AI features upon payment, all sales are final.
- •Partial Use: We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations or unused portions of a subscription.
- •Renewals: It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for automatic renewals.
4. Exceptional Cases (Failed Transactions)
If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error or if your payment was successful but your account was not upgraded:
- •Please contact support@foxli.app with your transaction ID and date.
- •Our team will verify the error and, if confirmed, we will process a manual adjustment or refund for the duplicate charge.
5. Account Suspension
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as spamming or violating social media platform policies), no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
