While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Foxli is built on third-party infrastructures like Google Cloud and Firebase. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to potential maintenance or API changes by social media platforms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
